Fibble for iPad Review

Fibble is Apple's current iPad game of the week, and it's great fun. It takes the Angry Birds concept of pull and release games and flips it 90 degrees. The top down view is gorgeous and uses some lovely 3D graphics to really immerse you in the game play. The idea is to ping your little Fibble character across obstacles and to 'get him in the hole'…. To be honest, it's like mini golf, but with a cute little character. Fibble is heaps of fun and my only complaint is that whilst it has the HD badge on the icon, it doesn't seem to be full HD for the new iPad's retina display. With graphics this amazing, I would like to see them in HiDPI but alas we might have to wait for that for a while.

VERDICT: 83%

Great fun for the '5 minute' casual gamer. More engaging than the new Angry Birds game in my opinion.
