White iPhone this spring, iPhone 4 alarm issue with older iOS versions, no NFC for iPhone 5

Apple's Phil Schiller has confirmed via Twitter that the white iPhone 4 will land this spring. Rumors claim the device might be for AT&T only.

I had an issue with the alarm on my iPhone 4 this morning going off an hour early. I am not on the latest version of the OS and it seems most on iOS 4.3 were fine while some users on older iOS 4.x versions had the same alarm issue.

Insiders are claiming that the iPhone 5 will not have NFC technology inside. The reason supposedly given is the lack of a clear standard across the NFC industry.
