Show off your iPhone’s inner beauty

Apple engineers went to great lengths to conceal the innards of the iPhone 4 with an elegant glass case that looks like a cool black monolith, but now teardown wizards over at iFixit have tweaked that design in order to expose the guts of the handset to the world. The sweet transparent rear panel for your iPhone 4 will set you back $29.95. It's also a cheaper option for those who broke the original back on their device, if you ask me.

You will need to unscrew the original back panel using a Phillips #00 screwdriver and replace it with the transparent one.

It only works with the GSM iPhone 4 because Apple changed the rear panel layout on the Verizon iPhone so iFixit's solution won't work.

There are other places to go for even cheaper solutions –Check SK-Box.com.

Fring does four way video conferences on iOS

Today Fring released its four-way video conferencing call app update. The update works with all of your iPhone/iPod touch 4 friends as well as Android users who can all join in a four way chat.

After trying this out with three people over 3G, we'd warn you to temper your expectations. While it does work, if feels a little "CUSeeMe" in quality. Still though, if you are looking for four person cross platform video chatting, your options begin and end with Fring.
