Navigon has updated its navigation app for the iPhone with some new features that you can buy in-app. The features add traffic gauges and speed camera locations among other things.

A new study conducted by Bulletin Healthcare has surveyed the reading habits of 550,000 health pros. The study found that the vast majority of them use the iPhone to read the daily email briefings.

Samsung will fight Apple suit, Apple wants iTunes antitrust dismissed, untethered Redsn0w jailbreak

Apple filed a suit this week against Samsung for stealing the look and feel among other things from the iPhone for some of its Galaxy smartphones. Samsung has vowed to counter sue alleging that Apple is suspected of infringing on Samsung wireless technology patents.

Apple is demanding that the iTunes antitrust case against it be dropped. However, the evidence Apple has and is using to demand the dismissal isn't that great.

A new jailbreak has landed called redsn0w, then there were some issues, and it was rolled back a bit. Apparently, issues with the iPhone 4 functionality with the jailbreak forced that version to be removed.

iOS beats Android in Europe, Apple Store 10th B-day?, Apple/Prada phone rumor debunked

By now most of you know that Apple is suing Samsung for stealing its look and feel from the iPhone from some Samsung smartphones. Apparently some were pointing to the Samsung Prada phone from 2007 and saying Apple stole the iPhone design from Samsung. The catch is according to sister site SlashGear that the Prada phone was SEEN after the iPhone even though Samsung talked about their plans prior to that unveil in 2006.

ComScore has offered up the results of its survey of smartphone and tablet users in Europe. The survey has determined that just like in the US, if you look at the entire iOS ecosystem iOS is over twice as large as Android. The iPad helps put iOS over the top and is the most owned tablet in Europe and the survey points out that users outside the Apple faithful use the iPad too.

Apple may planning to have a birthday party for its retail stores to celebrate the anniversary of the first store. Workers are being told they can't have vacations on May 20 and May 22. Generally blacking out dates means new gear is coming. Most agree that may is too soon for the iPhone 5 and therefore think that some events may be taking place in Apple Stores.

Turntable iPhone dock concept, Apple buys iCloud domain, white iPhone hands on

A cool concept product turned up today that combines a record player with an iPhone dock. The concept would have an amp and speakers inside and could rip those vinyl tracks to MP3 for you.

Apple is rumored to have purchased a domain name from another company called iCloud.com. Sources close to the deal say that Apple paid $4.5 million and the domain would be the new cloud music offering Apple has been rumored to be at work on.

SlashGear spent a bit of hands on time with the white iPhone 4 today thanks to pals at Vodafone. This is the first time we have laid hands on the smartphone since WWDC in 2010 when it was new and before all the delays.

Sony Bloggie 3D now available for aspiring James Camerons everywhere

Sure, we'll never see dreams of a 3D Cisco Flip realized, but Sony's offering the next best thing: the Bloggie 3D.
