
We're getting a clearer picture about
Apple's plans for building larger iPhones in the future thanks to a new report out of China. According to insiders that
talked with C Technology, the company is already testing an
iPhone 6 prototype with a 4.9-inch display. The report goes on to say that the iPhone 5C's successor will also get a screen bump although it's not clear whether its display will also measure 4.9 inches or not. However, it would make sense for Apple to stick to a single display type on iPhone "phablets" both from a manufacturing perspective and also to avoid fragmentation when it comes to app design. Aside from a bigger screen, other details about the iPhone 6 have not been given.
