AT&T/T-Mobile deal crumbles, Apple takes down game subscription service, Steve Jobs exhibit at USPTO

The deal between AT&T and T-Mobile is floundering with it seeming that the deal will not make it. AT&T is ready to pay out the massive $4 billion breakup fee according to reports.

Apple approved a subscription game service a couple days ago for Big Fish Games. Apple has now turned around and taken the game service down.

A cool Steve Jobs exhibit has opened at the US Patent Office Museum. The display looks at some of the patents Jobs field over the years.
